We have not had the car on the scale since early lastyear. It does still have full interrior and so forth but it does have weight reduction. I would guestmate under 2600

Few interrior pics ::

you and oaks have been the big dogs in the prelude drag community for a while he is only in the 10s with that huge setup he has as well. heard he has been going through some problems with his motor and has been going through a few different variations of his last setup. how long have you been beating on the motor you have in their now?

Thanks it works really well. I hopefully will have new dyno #'s in a couple weeks if not sooner. We have a few tricks up our sleeve right now the car is resting in the batlab under going surgery.

Edit: Yes that's the PRO FWD record holder in the background 7.19 @ 201

This is one question I have to ask. When you serious FWD guys get goin' this fast down the track your gearing has got to hold you down in top speed. I'm assuming that custom gearing is a necessity. Where would you even begin to find such a place that does that kind of work? I mean, a FWD car at 201mph?!

Alot of people don't know Steve and I talk often about the cars and keep each other updated. They have had problems this past season and are in the rebuild process. I have just been to busy and the car is kinda been put on the back burner and havent finished the changes to the car I wanted to do. As of recently both cars are getting some attention in there respective shops. Were hoping both cars will makes some passes before the season is up.

I have had the motor in the car for around 2 1/2 to 3 years( I drove it N/A for while put couple thousand on it before we did the turbo setup) I still drive the car on the street but not as often as I like. Paying $13.00 a gallon for 116 octane gets costly.

Here is a pic somebody photoshopped for lastyear with both oaksracing's car and mine.

World Cup 2006 (Imports vs Domestic) . On that pass I missed 3rd. I was gonna just coast down but the mustang guy looked over so I got back in it and just caught him. Your right the ET was close but check the MPH.

What really sucked was I was on a way better pass untill I missed 3rd I had just went 10.94 @ 138.97 in first round qualifing. That was second round. We guestimate it would have went 10.7 or so.

Well the tracion bar helped mainly between the 1-2 shift helping to keep the wheels planted. I was consitant high 1.6s (1.672 best) before the bar. After I hit a best of 1.62.

Were pretty much just upgrading the fuel system so we can turn the car up and see what it will really make. Upgraded from S200 to S300. Biggest help is going to be getting 13's on the car for more sidewall running a 15 inch wheel with a 24.5 there is almost no sidewall to put power down. That's why we havn't had the car over 20 psi yet it just wont work.

15x8x24.5 Here is a pic of the sidewall I have to play with which isnt much for the power I want to run.

116 oactane fuel christ, that will be helping a hell of alot, Over here everyone runs there tunned cars on 99ron and drives them every day plus we dont ever use slicks normall road tyres or road legal slicks at best.

Just to compare over here to USA its a big differnce, think the quickest FWD car over here atm is a low 11 but again thats on 99ron and road legal tyres.

You read that too I see. IMO I don't think the cars are even compairable. But yes my goal is to go in the 9's (hopefully faster then him)

P.S. The 13 inch slicks are now a reality thanks to some custom fab work with a few friends. The car WILL return with 13inch bogart's.

That was more then likely my car also. Before the bumper modification this is what it looked like.

Higher octane definatly helps espically with getting more power out of the car when tuning. Also with less chance of detonation

Oh ya I knew your car was still faster, I was just curious as to what happened, thought it might have been just a serious misfire. Seen a few vids of that day. John shepard ran a 7.91 at 191 I think. Who ended up winning that day?

I think john went an 7.87 not to sure though. In the wild street class I raced in my boddies T-type on drag radials won (8.97 @ 15x) I didnt have a chance in that class. I just hope they make them alittle more fair this year

Hey, id like to say how much respect i give you for being a true fan, for anyone to put this much work into a lude to make it fast really makes me smile. For the same money and work, you could be running over a second.. maybe more faster with a civic.

Again, man.. Props.

I hope to eventually achieve 500whp give or take 30 or so with my H23. Most people either take the h23 out and put in an h22 or put a VTEC head on it. Im not going to. Motoxxxman has been with me every step of the way so far. I probably have 230whp.

Im running 6.2psi, i ran a 13.69 a week ago. If you could help me out a bit, it would be greatly appreciated.

Any pics of you smoking the tires? haha.
